TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Promotion Policy: Affiliates are permitted to use only "officially sanctioned" promotions and pricing available in the network admin. Any deviation from this may result in commission forfeiture and possible expulsion from the program.
Keyword Policy: Bidding on the brand name or its variants is prohibited. Using our brand name in ad copies or as a part of the display URL is prohibited. All Trademark Plus (PPC / Paid Search) endeavors need prior approval from the HALOS & ARROWS affiliate team.
Downloadable software affiliates are welcome. Incentivized collaborations are acceptable. Email promotions are permitted. All partners must adhere to Can-SPAM regulations and should contact us for suppression lists before initiating a campaign. Non-compliance with this will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Unauthorized Coupon Use: Commissions will not be granted on sales involving promotional codes that weren't disseminated through the affiliate channel. Such sales will register a 0% commission.
